Order Processing Time

Our goal is to process and ship orders within 10 business days, with the day the order is placed considered Day 0.

For example:
If you place an order on Monday, processing begins Tuesday and your order should ship by Thursday.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • During large sales, new product releases, or events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Made-to-Order & 3D Printed Items

Some items sold in our store are 3D printed or made to order. These products require additional production time.

Processing for these items may take up to 6 weeks before shipping.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready.

Pre-Orders, Event Passes & Annual Passes

We occasionally offer pre-order products, event passes, or annual passes.

  • Pre-order items ship when the product becomes available.

  • Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page when applicable.

  • Event passes and digital items may be delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Shipping Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Hedgehog Hollow is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

However, we are happy to assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping provider when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Because orders begin processing quickly:

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or have the shipping address changed once placed.

If an incorrect address is entered, Hedgehog Hollow is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once submitted.

Due to the fast pace of our fulfillment process, we cannot cancel or modify orders after they are placed.
