Any boxes left after subscriber boxes have been allocated may be released for individual purchase at a higher price — but availability is never guaranteed.

How Your Subscription Works

Your subscription renews monthly on the same date you originally subscribed.

For example, if you subscribe on the 30th, your recurring payment will process on the 30th of each month.

Which Box Will I Receive First?

If you subscribe on or before the 15th of the month, your first box will be that month’s Color Hive collection.

If you subscribe after the 15th, your subscription will begin with the following month’s box.

For example:

Subscribe September 10 → Receive September’s Glow in the Dark box.

Subscribe September 20 → Your first box will be October’s Sugar Plum Fairy box.

Shipping

Color Hive boxes are scheduled to ship around the 17th of each month.

Please remember that these are curated monthly collections containing multiple exclusive and limited-run products, so exact shipping dates may vary slightly while we prepare everything for you.

Your Monthly Color Hive Class

The box is only part of the experience.

On the last weekend of each month, we’ll get together for a Color Hive class where Sasha will show you techniques, ideas and inspiration using the products inside your box.

Cancel Anytime

There is no long-term commitment.

You can cancel your Color Hive subscription at any time before your next recurring payment is processed by visiting the Subscription Page linked at the top of our website.

Once your monthly subscription payment has successfully processed, that month’s box has been reserved for you and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Limited Every Month

We only make a limited number of Color Hive boxes each month.

Once subscriber boxes are allocated, any extras may be made available individually at a higher price — but some months may completely sell out through subscriptions.
